Decks and the City is a full length documentary that steps inside the nightlife and electronic music scene to uncover a cast of DJ's, Producers and Nightclub owners with a passion and a love of music, that keeps them inside DJ booths and on dance floors until the wee hours of the morning. That is, until the introduction of lockout laws across Australia. From the bedroom DJ, to the internationally touring producer, this film showcases the sights and sounds from inside the walls of Adelaide's nightclubs and explores the music and the culture of the electronic music scene.

With a soundtrack of mutli-genre artists that weaves and flows like a DJ set, the film shows how an industry can come together when they all share the same passion.
